How can you develop the resiliency to perform at your best even when there's immense pressure?
Here’s a summary of my top five tips:
1. Be absolutely clear on your goal.
2. Stay calm and keep it all in perspective by reframing the situation.
3. Think positively about the situation while being realistic.
4. Build a support network that you can rely on – and use it!
